Truffle recipe:
Truffle recipes can be made in around a couple of hours and only take about 30 minutes to make. Here is one of many truffle recipes.
Buy some plain chocolate around 200 grams of quality rich chocolate, some honey around 2 tablespoons full, strong black coffee not to drink but to add to the recipe and finally some cocoa powder to dust when finished.
This amount of ingredients will make around 25 plain chocolate truffles.
First break the pieces of chocolate in a bowl over a slow gas. Once the chocolate has melted remove from the cooker and add the coffee into the melted chocolate. After this is complete please add the honey until the mixture looks rich and glossy.
Place the bowl in the fridge for around 30 minutes.
After the mixture has cooled bring bowl out of fridge and place chocolate on a clean surface or chopping board. Using the palm of your hands roll out a small spoon size amount of chocolate and roll into little circles. After the circle shape appears lightly roll in the cocoa powder and leave on a board to chill in the fridge.
You can add your own touch or flavour to your truffle mixture.
A luxurious recipe for a wedding would be to add champagne to the mixture.
You can also add some herbs such as peppermint or replace the coffee with herbal tea or room warm alcohol.
